"Lifter-Vision" 3D!
For
the viewing pleasure of our fans, and through our
magical innovation of "Lifter-Vision" photo enhancement technology,
Play Pretty Productions proudly presents the first 3-D photos of
The SkirtLifters in concert! No special viewing
goggles or apparatus is required!
You'll practically hear the boys playing as you scan forward and back
into these photos of the band, taken during a live performance
at the Pea Ridge Battleground. Watch out that the fiddler's bow
doesn't
poke you in the eye!
1. Level your head to the screen. 2. Cross your eyes to bring the
images together. It's easy!

2009
SERFA
Conference at
the Ozark Folk Center,
Mountain View, AR
A great success, and a
wonderful event!
The 2009 SouthEast Regional Folk Alliance conference brought together
musicians, venue representatives and music industry people from as far
northwest as Oregon and as far southwest as Florida. 3 days of
showcasing, jamming, workshopping and communing brought new energy, new
inspiration and new gigs to the attendees. In the end, we all
play or
present or listen to live music because it affects us personally, and
this conference was exceptional in how it brought all those aspects
together from start to finish. The SkirtLifters want to publicly
thank
the SERFA organizers, our good friends Kelly and Donna of Still on the
Hill, the Jimmie and Carl and everyone else at the Ozark Folk Center,
and all our old and new Friends in Folk, folkies and traddies alike,
with whom we spent a truly
memorable weekend! |
